What do you love about your home?
“The huge private yard that is like a park in the city. It is very quiet and serene and the landscaping is mature.
We have mountain views from our large deck. Entertaining is wonderful with our larger remodeled kitchen and huge center island.
We have extra large windows facing east for an expansive open view.
Our neighbors are wonderful and respectful. I also enjoy the open floor plan on the main level. I love the kitchen with tons of storage space and a lovely mountain scene behind the stove. The stove is induction, and it is amazing.”
Tell me about your home and it’s features, including improvements.
“One of the best summer features is the huge deck that overlooks the back yard, greenbelt, and mountains. It has shade and is usable throughout the summer. The front enclosed area is great for sitting in the morning and evenings listening to the fountain, and is often pleasant even when it is cold outside. This area and the front and side were landscaped last year and the year before.
Our kitchen was remodeled 4 years ago, and is equipped with solid cherry cabinets locally made, large Samsung refrigerator, and induction stove and microwave/convection oven. There is an additional cooler/fridge for drinks. The sunroom off the kitchen is a main gathering place for the family and is light and beautiful with its view of the backyard.
The master bath upstairs is brand new and includes a soaker tub and two sinks and a walk in closet. There is a balcony off the master bedroom which overlooks the greenbelt and has a mountain view, great for morning coffee.”
