Close proximity to greenbelts and walking and biking trails. We’re in a top-rated school district.
    There is ample space in this home:  3 living areas, 5 bedrooms, an office area, and plenty of bathrooms where you don’t have to “take a number”.
    Our home is unique. The interior is not like any other house in the neighborhood. We have beautiful landscaping. The attic fan is wonderful in the summer. The walk-out basement gives us easy access to the backyard. We have a guest suite in the basement for privacy. There is lots of natural light throughout the house. The cook adores the convenience of a double oven.  ”

    Tell me about your home and it’s features, including improvements.

    “We added a ceiling fan in the master bedroom to augment the whole house fan, when we’re not using the air conditioning.
    We had an energy audit performed, which led to additional insulation in the attic, garage (below master bedroom), and crawl space. We routinely get notified by Xcel Energy that we use less energy than our efficient neighbors.
    To allow for future growth, we upgraded our electrical service (electric box) and added outdoor, weather-resistant GFCI receptacles on the outside of the house, and additional receptacles in the garage near the front of the house.
    To enhance safety, we added motion sensor lights on the outside of the house.”

    “There are places to walk. There are trails, open space, parks, a pool, and tennis courts. The house is just down the street from Willow Creek Elementary School. We had an emergency at the house, and three different neighbors came to the house to ensure everything was OK.
    We’re very close to the Big Dry Creek Trail which connects to the High Line Canal Trail.”

    What is your favorite local shopping?

    Park Meadows Mall and the Streets of Southglenn. There is a Costco and a Home Depot by the mall.”
