    “Our home has two bedrooms on the main level conveniently located next to 3/4 bathroom.  Our favorite room in our home is our 300 sq foot sun room that we had Champion install in 2001. Fortunately it has the southern exposure which affords us many warm and enjoyable days throughout the year.
    In 1998 we partially finished the basement with a family room and bedroom.
    Last November we had a new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner installed with a 10 year transferable warranty. Also  we had Maytag dishwasher, range and microwave connected.
    Last month we had a new garage door and two weeks ago, new carpet and premium padding were placed in the main and upper levels of our home.”

    “We were the first and the only owners and it has served our family well. Our children were well educated at the nearby schools and have found good employment.
